Prometheus is an international undergraduate philosophy journal published by students at Johns Hopkins University. The purpose of the journal is to promote philosophic discourse of the highest standard by offering students an opportunity to engage in open discussion, participate in the production and publication of an academic philosophy journal, and to establish a community of aspiring philosophers from all walks of life.

Jonathan Hricko will be giving an example of how the history of science can have implications for phlosophy in his seminar: "The Role of the Phlogiston Theory in Humphry Davy’s Work on Muriatic Acid"

This seminar will be in Gilman 288, from 7:30 to 9:00, and will consist of 45 minutes of presentation followed by 45 minutes of discussion. Seminars will occur every other Monday (except for the next seminar, which falls Tuesday, February 26).
